After graduating from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, and completing a tour in the U.S. Navy as a carrier fighter pilot, I practiced Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Athens, Georgia.  While practicing, I was fortunate enough to have single releases on Epic Records as a writer/artist.  I’m now living in Nashville, having come full circle to my first love of songwriting.  My publishing companies are 3 Wire Music (ASCAP) /4 Wire Music (BMI),  named after the arresting wires on U.S. Navy aircraft carriers.
